On Saturday March 23, 2024, we attended the Special Olympics New York Polar Plunge event. This morning was very brisk and cold when we arrived and by the afternoon, we believe it was almost 30 Degrees Fahrenheit at which approximately 12:05 PM, we witnessed the most daring, brave group of Polar Plungers enter the ice cold waters of Canandaigua Lake. Many plungers were smiling and extremely happy to be outside making their way towards the beautiful ice cold water. The event was very well organized and went off without any issues! Great Job everyone! Happy Polar Plunge Day.
