Chef Abraham Sanchez Owner of Peppers Family Restaurant, Abraham started working in the Restaurant Industry when he first moved to New Jersey in 2002. His first cooking experience was in a fine dining Italian Restaurant where he learned about building flavor profiles and cooking from scratch using the freshest of ingredients. He worked his way up to running the kitchen and eventually helped the owner open up a new pizzeria and Italian dining restaurant. Abraham started working at Peppers in 2010 when he moved to Canandaigua and instantly fell in love with both the restaurant and the area. Today almost 8 months later, the word is on the street the “Food is Great!” It was a very amazing dinner! You need to try the Prime Rib Dinner! The “Tomato Gouda Soup Is A Must!
